Most gym owners realize that if they want to get more members at their facility, it probably helps to have a low-barrier to entry offer where people can try it before they buy. But deciding to offer a free class isn’t as straightforward as it sounds, and we need to be strategic about when and how we offer that free class. Is a free class something you want to offer for all of your classes at any time? Once a week? Once a month? Or Never? We’ve tried it all and have found that all of these different variations have their pros and cons.
