Sundays have long been a sacred day in the CrossFit community, and there are still lots of gyms that don’t offer Sunday classes. We followed a similar path at CrossFit Palm Beach for the first five years we were in business, opting to offer Sunday open gym instead of Sunday classes.
In many ways, taking Sundays off can be a much needed break for our coaches, our programming, and most importantly, ourselves. But once we begin to grow our gyms into a real business, offering classes 7 days a week should be one of the first things we consider.
