Most of the growth that we have experienced over the last year at CrossFit Palm Beach is due to the exponential growth of our BeachFit program.

Creating your own non-barbell class can help you create a lower barrier to entry to your gym, have class options for people who are intimidated or uninterested in CrossFit, and help you appeal more to the masses.

In this episode, Tony and I discuss the many benefits CFPB has experienced from having a boot-camp style class, and some tips for implementing this into your own gym.
