Whenever we hire a new coach or employee, we always put more value on the character and personality of a person, more than their experience or technical knowledge. While expertise is a nice bonus, it can sometimes distract us from the most important thing, which is whether or not this person is a cultural fit for our team and our community.
We’re currently in the midst of hiring at CrossFit Palm Beach, and I created a short list of questions to help me prioritize the right things when evaluating new applicants.
